Pre grades ’18
Thirteen girls, from five to seven year olds, travelled to Llanelli to compete in pre grades. All gymnasts did really well competing on five pieces of apparatus.

Gymspire 18
Regional West Area Gymspire competition. Congratulations to 8 gymnasts from our club who will represent the west area in Deeside at the Welsh National finals.

Prelims ’18
45 gymnasts representing Maldwyn Dragons travelled to Llanelli gymnastic club on the 13th May, to compete in this year’s west area Tumble & Vault Competition. A fantastic day was had by all!
Witch of the West February ’18
15 gymnasts travelled to Melksham to compete at the Miss Quatro Witch of the West competition in February 2018. This was a five piece apparatus competition which included bars, beam, floor, range & conditioning and vault.
Gymnasts aged 8 -11 years competed, with two judges commendations for outstanding work on vault and range & conditioning.

Club competition October ’17
46 development and Powys squad gymnasts competed on Sunday the 9th October on all four pieces of apparatus. Excellent standard throughout the day. Well done girls!

Colour Run
We would like to say a big thank you to Molly, Francesca, Aimee, Erin, Fiona, Connie and Finlay who recently participated in the colour run, raising a fantastic £68 which they’ve donated to the club. Well done!
A-Z competition ’17
A-Z gymnastic competition is an annual competition with three different levels – Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Over 200 gymnasts from Llandod dragons, Maldwyn Dragons, Llanidloes gymnastic club, East Radnor gymnastic club and Caereinion gymnastic club came together to compete on Sunday the 9th July.
An amazing time was had by all – well done everyone – from our youngest aged 5 gymnasts to our oldest 16 year olds.
