33 gymnasts from Powys Squad attended this years Gymeisteddfod in Cardiff on the 24th June.

A Tropical Extravaganza was performed.

In Welsh culture an eisteddfod is a Welsh festival which has dated back to the 12th century. There are several major events held annually in Wales which celebrate literature, music and performance. And this is our festival to celebrate gymnastics-hence Gymeisteddfod.
