This class is for 3-4 year olds. Please contact us via email if you are interested in a space for your child

Class cost: £25 a month.

The ‘RISE Discover’ programme is designed and developed by British Gymnastics in conjunction with early years specialists to help younger children from age 3+ to acquire essential physical, social and emotional life skills.

The idea is to immerse your child into the world of learning through the medium of gymnastics.

Using specialised equipment and coaching staff we introduce the fundamentals of gymnastics, including jumping, landing, rolling, running, throwing and catching.
