On the 20th and 21st April 2024, our development squad competed at Deeside Gymnastics Academy in the North Prelims tumble and vault competition. There were 450 gymnasts competing! For some gymnasts this was their first time competing in a competition and we had some fantastic results:
Phase 1 age 7 yrs: Erin 1st on floor and Vault and 1st overall.
Phase 1 in age 8yrs: Macie 5th on Vault, 4th on Floor and 4th overall. Team 5th out of 12 teams.
Phase 2 in age 8yrs: Bella 5th on Vault, Jess 4th on Vault, Millie 2nd on Vault. Jess 4th on Floor, Millie 3rd on Floor, Jess 4th and Millie 1st Overall. Team 1st overall.
Phase 1 9 in year: Olivia 2nd on tumble.
Phase 2 10 in the year: Tess 4th Esme 2nd on Vault. Mari 6th and Tess 4th Overall, Team 2nd.
Phase 3 age 11-12yrs: Logan 1st on Vault, 3rd on Floor and 2nd overall.
Phase 1 age 11-12: Bella 6th on Floor.
